To be eligible for a refund you must contact Home & Oasis within 15 days from the date of delivery.
If 15 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.
Home & Oasis will process refunds within 7 days of approval. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 15 days from the date of delivery so we can work out a solution. Pictures and order # will be required.
Home & Oasis incurs the cost of shipping products to customers.
Note: When products are returned, Home & Oasis will deduct the shipping cost from the return. In some cases, return shipping will amount to more than the cost of the item - in which case a partial refund may be more applicable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
